Very difficult to airlines to contact

After googling how to contact Egyptian air some phone numbers were non working, someone responded to an email but never confirmed the change I needed to make. I was 12th in line and spent 1 hour and 10 minutes on hold before my call was answered.

The rep told care of my easy issue a meal changed in a neutral manner, not rude not overly pleasant.

The website is hard to navigate, I was concerned about making the change online without inadvertently cancelling my entire booking. If EA wasnt the only airline flying direct to my destination I wouldnt fly them.

Last summer we flew with EgyptAir from Brussels to Uganda via Cairo, and it was by far the worst airline experience I've ever had. Both our outbound and return flights were delayed by up to eight hours, with almost no communication or assistance provided throughout.

During the delay on the return flight, our plane sat motionless on the runway for around three hours; no water, no food, and not even a blanket was offered. The complete lack of care for passengers' basic comfort was shocking. Customer service was virtually non-existent: no clear updates, no apologies, no understanding, and no sense of organization or professionalism at any point. In fact, we were met with rudeness and disrespect.

It's hard to overstate how disappointing this experience was.

I have never been treated so poorly by an airline, and I will never fly with EgyptAir again. I strongly advise others to choose any alternative carrier to avoid the frustration, discomfort, and disrespect we encountered.
